Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon pickup/receipt.  No cash refunds are given on images, session fees, or wedding day coverage. You may return your printed images for a reprint within 14 days of pickup or if there is an issue with the way your images were printed. No reprints will be done after 14 days of pickup. If you choose to have your images printed elsewhere other than with Crystal Image Photography we are not responsible for the quality of those printed images.
